1. Platform User Agreement
Welcome to Sadhaks (https://sadhaks.com), an educational test preparation and Computer Based Test (CBT) examination simulator platform owned and operated by MACS(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our portal, launching mock tests, or purchasing digital passes, you agree to these Terms.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Account Responsibility
Access to Sadhaks CBT test series is granted strictly for individual educational preparation. You agree to provide true and accurate information upon registration. Account sharing, unauthorized credential dissemination, automated crawling, or scraping of test questions is strictly prohibited and subject to account termination without refund.
3. Subscription Passes & Variable Pricing
Sadhaks offers tiered digital passes for computer-based mock tests, syllabus-aligned question banks, and analytical scorecards.
Variable Pricing Model: Pass rates and subscription fees are dynamically set based on the examination cadre, test series depth, and seasonal promotional offerings. Candidates are advised to review the respective exam series pages and checkout subscription modal for live pricing.
Payments are securely encrypted and handled via Razorpay Payment Gateway. We do not store sensitive payment card or banking credentials.
4. Instant Digital Delivery Policy
100% Instant Electronic Fulfillment: All practice series, question banks, answer explanations, and analytics on Sadhaks are entirely digital goods. No physical items are dispatched. Upon successful transaction confirmation, access to the purchased pass is provisioned immediately on the candidate account.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Strictly Non-Refundable After Attempting: Once a candidate launches, starts, attempts, or views any question within a purchased test series, the pass is deemed fully consumed and is strictly non-refundable.
- Un-attempted Passes & Duplicate Debits: For un-attempted passes purchased in error or accidental duplicate payment debits, refund requests must be reported to
support@sadhaks.comwithin 48 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds are credited back to the source payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Independent Portal Disclaimer
Educational Practice Notice: Sadhaks is an independent mock preparation platform operated by MACS. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DSSSB, UPSC, KVS, NVS, or any government body. Official examination advisories must always be cross-referenced on respective official government portals.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, India.
